Description

Alpenzu’s green peppercorn sauce is the perfect match for potatoes, oily fish and roasted meats. Made with crushed green peppercorns, sunflower seed oil and eggs, this creamy, tangy sauce is ready to use, straight from the jar. Serve on the side of poached salmon or toss with boiled new potatoes and finely diced red onion to put a twist on potato salad.
