Meski olives are native to Tunisia. They are large green olives with firm, meaty flesh. They taste rich, buttery and less bitter than other varieties.

These olives are grown on the Moulins Mahjoub organic farm in Tunisia. They’re preserved in olive oil and flavoured with harissa. Garlic, spices and chilli peppers give the olives a pleasing heat. You can enjoy them as a snack or add them to an antipasti platter.

Meski olives can also be added to pizza and chicken dishes. Just remember to pit them first! Try pushing the spicy olives into focaccia or flatbread dough before baking. Dinner guests won’t be able to resist your homemade olive bread.

Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct light. Refrigerate after opening.
