Enjoy the fresh, fruity flavour of Chalkidiki olives in brine. They’re pitted and ready to eat - perfect for salads and antipasti platters. Serve them with dips and pita as a snack before dinner. 

The olives are harvested at full maturity to retain their crunch. They have firm flesh and a rich, buttery taste. You can enjoy them on their own or add them to sauces and stews.

Try adding a handful to a tray bake with chicken and baby potatoes. Season with olive oil, lemon and oregano for authentic Greek flavour.

Kalios grows their olives in the Kalamata region of southern Greece. Eight generations of the Chantzios family have tended to the centuries-old groves.
