Caviaroli Toasted Sesame Oil Pearls, 50g


Caviaroli’s toasted sesame oil pearls are a gourmet garnish for salads, rice and seafood dishes. The tiny amber-coloured spheres burst in your mouth when you eat them, releasing the unmistakable flavour and aroma of sesame oil. Made from toasted white and black sesame seeds, the oil has an earthy nuttiness that works particularly well with Asian dishes.

Scatter these sesame oil pearls over ceviche, scallops or smoked salmon to delight dinner party guests. You can add them to Asian soups, noodles or a bowl of steamed dumplings. They taste fantastic with steamed fish and chargrilled steaks with a soy-garlic marinade.

Caviaroli recommends pairing the pearls with sweet desserts, such as those made with white chocolate. The sesame oil spheres would be a surprising and delicious addition to a white chocolate mousse or salted caramel tart.

About Caviaroli

Caviaroli make their range of olive oil and vinegar caviar in Esparreguera, just to the north west of Barcelona. The intense colours and flavours open up new possibilities when it comes to the presentation of food and drink. Caviaroli keep their texture even up to 60°C, so you can even use them to garnish hot dishes.

Each 50g jar of Caviaroli contains 10-15 servings.

Store in a cool, dark place away from heat, light and strong odours. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 1 month.
