Caviaroli Pedro Ximenez Vinegar Pearls, 50g

These Pedro Ximenez vinegar pearls will add a sweet-sour tang to salads and seafood dishes. Caviaroli describes them as ‘sweet, acidic and explosive’, because they burst in your mouth when you bite them. With their deep caramel colour, these sherry vinegar spheres are an eye-catching garnish that will delight your dinner guests.

Rich and tangy with notes of fruity sweetness, the vinegar pearls are a great match for roasted meats and grilled fish. Their sharpness cuts through the richness of lamb and pork and provides a bittersweet counterpoint for delicate white fish. You can nestle the pearls amongst the leaves of a green salad or use them to garnish pasta, burrata and even ice cream!
