Use Windmill mauby syrup to create a refreshing drink that is popular across the Caribbean. Made from mauby tree bark, this unique drink tastes similar to root beer and has a bittersweet aftertaste. In Barbados, they say there’s no better way to quench your thirst on a hot summer day.
Mix one part Baron Mauby Syrup with four parts water and serve over ice. The syrup can also be used as a base for ice-cream.
