Description
Chief curry powder is a vibrant, sunshine spice blend, popular in Caribbean cooking. This turmeric-rich mix is an aromatic seasoning for goat curries and jerk chicken.
Turmeric brings colour and earthy flavours, with chilli adding heat. As well as using it to season curries, this powder is great added to sauces and simpler potato dishes, from gratins to souffles.

Chief Brand Products was founded by Sayeed Khan in 1957. His grandfather had moved to Trinidad from India to work as a labourer on sugar plantations. Growing up, Sayeed worked selling spices in his Father’s grocery store. Over time, Sayeed became an expert in grinding fresh spice blends – and launched his own business doing just that. Today, Chief brand is one of the leading spice brands in Trinidad and Tobago.
