Chief duck and goat curry is a hot and spicy seasoning for Caribbean cooking. This turmeric-rich mix is an aromatic seasoning for goat curries and roast duck. Turmeric brings colour and earthy flavours, with aniseed adding sweet and spicy notes. As well as using this seasoning to flavour meat curries, it’s delicious added to creamy sauces and stews.

Chief Brand Products was founded by Sayeed Khan in 1957. His grandfather had moved to Trinidad from India to work as a labourer on sugar plantations. Growing up, Sayeed worked selling spices in his Father’s grocery store. Over time, Sayeed became an expert in grinding fresh spice blends – and launched his own business doing just that. Today, Chief brand is one of the leading spice brands in Trinidad and Tobago.
