Use Tropical Sun desiccated coconut in baking, smoothies and savoury dishes. The fragrant flakes will add tropical sweetness to loaf cakes, brownies and biscuits.
You can add desiccated coconut to panko breadcrumbs to coat chicken and prawns before frying. The flakes will thicken curries like beef rendang and can also be toasted as a topping for ice-cream.
