Pariani Candied Cedro Citron In Small Cubes, 1kg
Description
Pariani’s candied cedro citron in small cubes make a sweet, aromatic addition to cakes, panettone doughs and ice creams. Pariani’s exceptional cold candying process leaves the natural flavours of the fruit unaltered, and also helps to prevent the fruit freezing at low temperatures - so the citron cubes stay lovely and soft even in ice cream.
As well as adding to sourdough cakes, the citron cubes are excellent used alongside the syrup. Add the citron cubes to the top of lemon drizzle cakes, panna cottas or cheesecakes.
This 1kg bag is ideal for professional kitchens.
