This Japanese Seki Santoku knife is a great staple for your knife collection. ‘Santoku’ translates to ‘three virtues’, this knife is wonderfully versatile with three main cutting functions: dicing, slicing and mincing. Lighter than a western-style chef’s knife, the Santoku is an all-rounder that’s a joy to use and easy to maintain. The elegant black handle is curved for comfort. The blade is made from molybdenum Japanese steel, with a Rockwell scale of Härte HRC 55. You’ll find yourself reaching for this hard-working knife again and again. Made in Seki City, Japan: world-renowned for their knife production, with a tradition dating back almost 800 years.
