Description
These flat and wide wheat noodles are ideal for quick meals packed with flavour. Serve with crispy chilli oil and steamed greens, or stir into a miso soup. To cook, place the noodles in a saucepan of boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Once the noodles are softened and loosened, drain and rinse in cold water.
These noodles come in packs of 5 servings.
Ingredients: Wheat flour (68.68%), water, salted egg white powder (fresh egg, edible salt)(3.3%), egg powder (0.82%) (egg), acidity regulator (Sodium carbonate, Potassium carbonate), stabiliser: (Xanthan Gum).
