De Rica tomato puree is made from 100% Italian tomatoes. They’re harvested at their peak and cooked down to intensify their flavour. A small amount adds instant colour and depth to any tomato-based dish.
This rich tomato puree is the perfect base for a homemade minestrone, fiery arrabiata sauce or a meaty ragu. Add a spoonful to flavour and colour a simple risotto or add depth to your morning shakshuka. For a quick dinner, spread the puree over pizza dough or puff pastry for a crowd-pleasing pizza or tomato tart.
