Cherry Rocher Creme de Cassis, Blackcurrant Liqueur, 500ml
UK age verified delivery £7
Description
Cherry Rocher crème de cassis has an intense berry flavour and a luxuriously smooth texture. Rich and complex, it’s made from a blend of blackcurrant infusion and blackcurrants steeped in alcohol. To make a classic Kir, add a splash of crème de cassis to a glass of white wine. With Champagne, it’s known as a Kir Royale - both are enjoyed as an elegant pre-dinner drink in France.
This fruity French liqueur is great for cooking as well as sipping. Add it to a crumble or a summer pudding to enhance their sweet berry flavour. You can drizzle it over ice cream or add it to a fruit coulis to serve with pancakes, granita and cheesecakes. It will elevate savoury sauces too, cutting through the richness of roast duck and pork tenderloin.
