La Fattoria di Parma are a family-owned company based in rural northern Italy. The family has been curing slow-aged artisan products for over 150 years, and every product they produce is worth tasting.
The Italian cured meats include Salami Felino IGP Riserva, a dry-cured pork salami, Salami di Parma, a product unique to Parma, made with pork, white wine, and the company’s signature blend of spices, as well as the impressive MatuSalam – a meter long salami!
Their Trancetti di Guanciale is perfect for making silky carbonara, as the long pork curing process results in an intense flavour.
