Strolghino salami is a speciality of Parma, a city in Italy's Emilia-Romagna region. Aged for only 20 days, strolghino is lean and tender with a mellow, sweet flavour. Enjoy it as a snack with a cold beer or serve it as part of an antipasti platter with other Italian cured meats and cheeses.

This salami is produced by La Fattoria di Parma, a family-owned company based in rural northern Italy. It is flavoured with truffles for an indulgent meaty treat. Carve it on a diagonal angle into thin slices to best enjoy its flavour.

Ingredients: Pork meat, salt, dextrose, white wine, pepper, spices and natural flavours, summer truffle (tuber aestivum); antioxidant: e301, preservatives: e250-e252

Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate once opened and consume within 10 days.
