La Fattoria Di Parma Traditional Fioretto Salami, 340g

Description

Fioretto salami is native to Emilia-Romagna, a region of northern Italy that is famous for its excellent food and wine. The salami is hand-bound so that the end resembles a flower (fiore in Italian) and is left to cure for no less than 40 days. Fioretto salami is made with top quality pork flavoured with salt, pepper and spices like cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. The result is a salami that is delicate but well-seasoned, with a light, sweet flavour.

To serve traditionally, carve on the diagonal into thin slices and enjoy with a glass of red wine or a cold beer. Produced by La Fattoria di Parma, a family-owned company based in northern Italy, this premium salami makes a delicious snack or picnic treat.
