Salami Felino IGP is a lightly cured, sweet salami flavoured with salt, pepper and spices. It takes its name from the town of Felino in the province of Parma - an area famous for its excellent cured meats. This salami is produced by La Fattoria di Parma, a family-owned company based in rural northern Italy. It is presented with a slim wooden chopping board and would make a great gift for a fellow food lover.
Felino salami is traditionally carved on a diagonal angle into very thin slices. Enjoy it as a snack with a cold beer or serve it as part of an antipasti platter with Italian cheeses and rustic bread. Felino salami has a mellow, slightly sweet flavour that pairs well with red wine, especially slightly sparkling Lambrusco.
