KitchenCraft’s Crusty Bake non-stick quiche tin has fluted edges and 3cm deep sides. The perforated base and edges are the key to beautifully baked golden pastry. While baking, any excess moisture can escape through the small holes – not a soggy bottom in sight!
Choose between a 20cm diameter and 25cm diameter tin. Both have 3cm deep sides and a loose bottomed base, so you can easily lift your baked pastry case from the tin.
Line your quiche tin with shortcrust or puff pastry, and fill with your choice of sweet or savoury fillings. Go for a classic Lorraine quiche recipe with bacon and onion, or a rich chocolate ganache or lemon custard.
Dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer safe.
