De Buyer Flat Micro-Perforated Baking Sheet

The De Buyer micro-perforated baking sheet allows breads and cookies to bake faster than usual. The perforations make the transfer of heat a far more efficient process, so you spend less time waiting around for the timer to beep!

The baking sheet also gives homemade pizzas a perfectly crispy base, as the holes let moisture evaporate in the oven. It’s also ideal for using with your silicone baking liners and pastry mats.

The tray has no edges, so you can use the full area for baking – ideal for making a family-size rectangular pizza or squeezing on extra biscuits! 

You can also use the micro-perforated tray with silicone baking moulds. As well as providing stability, the perforations allow heat to circulate the mould for even cooking.

The De Buyer micro-perforated baking sheet is made from uncoated aluminium. Though lightweight it is very durable and resistant to deformation.

The tray measures 40 x 30cm.
