Nicola Lando
After a stage as a chef at a London Michelin-starred restaurant Nicola became obsessed with seeking the best flavours from around the world. She started Sous Chef in 2012, and is always sharing her knowledge of ingredients and writing recipes to showcase those products. Learning from the products, Sous Chef's suppliers and her travels, Nicola writes many of the recipes on the Sous Chef website, all of which are big on flavour.

Holly Thomson
Holly Thomson is the Food Editor at Sous Chef. Previously she worked at BBC Good Food, Great British Food magazine and Jamie Oliver - writing about the latest trends and interviewing the UK's biggest names in food. Over the last decade Holly has tried, tested and reviewed hundreds of unusual products and travelled to countries including India, Israel and Ghana looking for interesting flavours. There's nothing she loves more than exploring a busy food market in an unfamiliar corner of the world.

Ellie Edwards
Ellie Edwards was a food writer for Sous Chef. Previously she worked at olive magazine, writing about exciting new ingredients, UK restaurants and travelling the world to find the best cinnamon buns. When she's not exploring the likes of Belize, Kerala and Zanzibar, Ellie loves rustling up a feast in her London kitchen, with a particular passion for porridge, sourdough and negronis.

Giovanna Ryan
Giovanna Ryan was a Masterchef finalist in 2017 and is now a contributing food editor for House Beautiful UK. Born and raised in London, she comes from a family of foodies and is inspired by her Italian heritage. When she's not cooking up a storm in the kitchen she teaches classes for her business cook and feast.

Jenny Greenhalgh
Chef and recipe writer Jenny Greenhalgh has worked in kitchens and cookery schools for over 20 years. She has spent time cooking at St John, and in Jamie Oliver's Cookery School. She runs the pop-up Two Doors Down, bringing the food and music of the American south to London with a big dose of fun, plaid and Dolly Parton. She is a BBQ smoker expert.

Lap Fai Lee
Lap Fai Lee is a Birmingham cook, tutor, food stylist, private cook and teacher. He specialises in world cuisine, showcasing central and south American, south-east Asian and Oriental dishes to the food industry. When he's not cooking, his range of cookery classes varies from seafood to charcuterie and knife skills to Oriental cooking.

Kristin Lohse
Kristin is the Purchasing and Buying assistant at Sous Chef. She has several chefs and excellent home cooks in her family, and grew up in the kitchen in Sweden. Cooking and baking with her mum happened pretty much every day. Cinnamon rolls were always stocked up in the freezer, and if they were running low, more baking had to be done. Kristin always loves learning more about food and ingredients to continue improving her skills.

Lilly Bouldin
Lilly is a buyer for Sous Chef. With a Fine Art background, Lilly has a keen eye for colour, print, and product balance. Her expertise is in kitchen and homewares buying and has worked at some of the biggest brands in the UK.

Lynda-Louise Burrell
Lynda-Louise Burrell is the Creative Director of The National Caribbean Heritage Museum (Museumand). The museum is a social history and community museum celebrating and commemorating the Caribbean contribution to the UK.

Valentina Harris
Valentina Harris is a passionate Italian cook and award-winning author with more than 30 books to her name, including The Italian Regional Cookbook; Risotto! Risotto!; Classic Recipes of Tuscany; 500 Italian Recipes, and Valentina Harris’s Complete Italian Cookery Course. Educated in Italy, Valentina brought her qualifications for teaching and cooking from Rome to London in 1976. As a regular face at food festivals in the UK, Valentina stills finds time to share her expertise and love of Italian food by hosting courses, plus can be found regularly contributing to radio, TV, newspapers, and magazines.

Lara Lee
Lara Lee is an Indonesian and Australian chef and food writer. She trained at Leiths School of Food and Wine and now runs an event catering business called Kiwi and Roo, serving delicious food to high-profile guests including the royal family and the Australian prime minister; and at venues such as the Natural History Museum and the Royal Academy of Arts. She also holds supper clubs that celebrate her heritage with both Australian and Indonesian cuisine all over London. Coconut & Sambal is her first cookbook. Find her on Instagram @laraleefood.

Shu Han Lee
Shu Han Lee is a Singaporean cook, illustrator and designer. The Sunday Times named her as one of Britain's best food bloggers (www.mummyicancook.com), and she frequently hosts supper clubs, pop-ups and workshops. Born and raised in Singapore, Shu Han Lee now lives in London. She is a cookery writer and author of Chicken and Rice, Southeast Asian recipes from a London Kitchen. And she also runs her own business; rempapa.

Cherry Tang
Cherry is a London based supper club host specialising in Cantonese home cooking. Born in Hong Kong, Cherry grew up watching her grandfather cooking large family feasts for Chinese festivals. Cherry craved the taste of home ever since moving to London for education. She started cooking the dishes she used to eat back home for friends and family, and eventually started her supper club in SE London in 2012. Kate is an ingredient and cookware expert who writes thousands of product descriptions for new Sous Chef products every year! For over a decade, she wrote about the UK restaurant scene for a leading restaurant booking site. Now, you'll find her in her London kitchen stirring a risotto or shaking up a cocktail. In her free time, she loves to travel the world exploring food markets, tapas bars and trattorias.
