Valrhona White Dulcey 35% blonde chocolate is a silky-smooth bar, full of toasty, caramel and fudge flavours with a secondary malty note that lingers on the tongue until the creamy finish.  

French pastry Chef Frederic Bau invented blonde chocolate quite by accident. When returning to some chocolate left in the double boiler for too long, he discovered a golden chocolate with a warm biscuit aroma.

Enjoy straight from the bar, or compliment the biscuit flavours by adding chopped chunks to a soft and chewy cookie.
