This Le Damas Dubai chocolate bar has a cotton candy filling. It’s a fun twist on the cult confection. The bar is covered in thick pink chocolate. The squares break off with a satisfying snap.
The filling combines angel hair (cotton candy) with pistachio cream. It’s sweet and nutty with a fluffy, crunchy texture. The chocolate melts on the tongue, coating your palate with its indulgent flavour.
The original Dubai chocolate bar was invented by Sarah Hamouda in 2021. The filling is inspired by knafeh, a popular Middle Eastern dessert. In 2023, the bar went viral on social media and sparked a wave of imitations around the world.
