Description
Use this jar of salsa brava to make the traditional Spanish tapas dish of patatas bravas in minutes! This tomato sauce is made with ground almonds, which adds a nutty flavour to complement the sweet tomato. Think Romesco sauce meets classic bravas!
For an easy patatas bravas - that classic tapas - simply warm the salsa brava through and pour over chunks of fried potatoes. Add fried chorizo for extra oomph.
This salsa is also a delicious condiment for crudités or on top of crunchy nachos. Add a rich tomato intensity to home-made soup or bean stew.
Ingredients: Tomato, sunflower oil, vinegar, sugar, garlic paste (garlic, acidulant (citric acid)), almond, salt, natural extract of spices, modified corn, starch, stabilisers (guar and xanthan gum).
