The truffle & mushroom salsa produced in Acqualagna, the home of Italy's truffle market, by Marini Azzolini who have been collecting and producing truffle products for over 50 years.
Ingredients: mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus)70%, extra virgin olive oil, summer truffle (tuber aestivum vitt) 3%, lemon juice, salt, aromatic herbs, spices, natural flavourings, aromas. May contain traces of gluten, milk, nuts and anchovies.
