Dalla Giovanna 000 Pasta Flour


Dalla Giovanna’s ‘000’ pasta flour is a highly milled white flour with a very fine texture. It makes an extremely elastic pasta dough, which absorbs water extremely well. This triple zero flour makes velvety pasta dough – fantastic for pasta shapes and filled pasta.

‘000’ refers to the milling grade, and triple zero is the finest of the Italian scale. The super-fine flour has a bright white colour, and is made with the innermost part of the wheat kernel.

Dalla Giovana has been producing flour since 1832, when the first millers in the family decided to try their hands at the industrial trend sweeping Europe at the time. Today, the business is run by the 5th and 6th generations of the family and produces over 300 types of highly respected flours for pasta-making and specialty baking.
