CloseBrod & Taylor create innovative baking tools that make artisan bread achievable for every home baker. Founded by engineer Michael Taylor, the brand began when he designed a folding proofer to help his mother-in-law bake perfect loaves — even in her cold kitchen. What started as a clever home solution quickly became a revolution in bread making.
Today, Brod & Taylor’s range of proofers, baking shells and sourdough homes are trusted by bakers around the world. Each tool is designed with precision engineering and simplicity in mind, helping you achieve professional results with ease. Whether you’re nurturing a starter or proofing your first loaf, Brod & Taylor transforms the way you bake at home.
