But recently, we found ourselves wondering... If we were to create our own knives – shaped by everything we’ve learned over decades of buying, testing and cooking – what would you actually want from them?
So we took our time. We worked closely with makers. We tested prototypes. We rejected more than we approved. And gradually, something rather special began to take shape.
