Foricher Traditional White French T65 Bread Flour 1kg
Description
Foricher French traditional T65 flour is a white bread flour. It produces airy baguettes with golden brown crusts, the first choice of French bakers.
The French flour classification system refers to purity; the lower the T number, the lower ash content in the milled wheat. The lowest grade is T45 - for cakes and pastries, whereas T65 is fantastic all round white bread flour as it still has some bite and texture, while creating a light open crumb and crunchy crust. The wheat used to make this T65 white bread flour is grown in France.
Yvon Foricher is a seventh generation baker and miller, who has been supplying artisan bakers across France and the rest of the world for over 20 years.
