Fiore di Puglia organic taralli with extra virgin olive oil are the snack of choice in southern Italy. Lying somewhere between a cracker, a breadstick and a pretzel, taralli are often served with a glass of red wine or alongside antipasti.

These classic sourdough taralli are simply seasoned with extra virgin olive and salt and are made with 100% organic ingredients.

Fiore di Puglia is a family bakery that’s been making Apulian specialities for over 60 years. It was founded by Antonio Fiore, who started out simply baking bread for the Apulian city of Andria. His son, Giuseppe, suggested expanding into taralli, biscuits and even pasta. Giuseppe is still at the head of the company today and runs Fiore di Puglia with his four children. They all have the same passion for regional Apulian baking as Antonio did all those years ago.
