Description

Farinha nacional gluten free flour is a wheat-free grain for baking breads and cakes. This corn flour and potato fibre blend is a versatile ingredient and a great everyday choice for free-from baking. Use this white flour to make gluten-free flatbreads, tortillas, muffins, waffles and pancakes. 

This gluten-free flour is fantastic for making Venezuelan arepas. An arepa is a grilled cornflour or cornbread ‘bun’, traditionally served as part of breakfast or a street food snack. We also love using Harina PAN gluten-free flour to make Venezuelan empanadas. 

Ingredients: Corn flour, glucose, guar gum and hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, potato fibre, raising agent (sodium hydrogen carbonate), acidity regulator: glucono-delta-lactone

Storage: Store in a cool, dry and dark place. Keep the package closed after use.
