The jasmine tea is scented using a traditional layering method: fresh and dried jasmine flowers are layered over the tea several times to infuse their aroma. The floral character comes from the flowers themselves, not added flavourings.

Meet the maker: Cosmic Dealer

Monique Foy and Fati Nabil used to swap business ideas over tea breaks while working at French fashion label Ami. Foy’s experience of sugar addiction was the start: treats that were indulgent without being overly sweet. Together, they founded Cosmic Dealer, bringing their interests in plants and everyday rituals to a range that now spans chocolates, herbal coffee alternatives and wellness tools.

Their nut-butter chocolates are handmade in France, with dates bringing sweetness and botanicals, fruit, flowers and spices adding flavour. Rich dark chocolate and nut butter form the heart of the recipes, rather than artificial sweeteners or sugar alcohols. The combinations reflect the founders’ adventurous tastes, from black sesame with chai spices to macadamia with wild lavender. All are vegan, with no emulsifiers or preservatives.
