Use Baron mauby syrup concentrate to make refreshing drinks. Mauby is a tree bark extract, often paired with sugar to make a popular Caribbean drink. With a sweet taste and root beer-like aftertaste, this syrup is wonderful for drinks and desserts.
Add one part concentrate to four parts water for a soft drink, add a dash to your rum punches or drizzle over caramelised bananas and ice cream for a tropical pudding.
