Whole Roasted Pimento Piquillo Peppers, 390g


Roasted pimiento piquillo peppers are a classic ingredient in Spanish cooking, often fried with chorizo or served with grilled fish. Cooked over a wood fire, they are peeled by hand to preserve their delicious juices. They are bright red in colour and have a naturally sweet, slightly smoky flavour.
