Description
S&B wasabi sauce is a fiery green ready-to-use sauce for spicing up your favourite Japanese dishes. It is milder than wasabi paste but still has that distinctive sharp kick. Not just for sushi and sashimi, it can be drizzled over seared steak, salt and pepper squid and prawns in a crisp tempura batter.
Serve S&B wasabi sauce on its own or mixed with mayonnaise as a dip for chips, dumplings and even pizza. It will give sharp heat to marinades for meat and fish when combined with rice vinegar, soy sauce and sesame oil.
