Made in Hong Kong, each pack contains rice vermicelli noodles, soup base and seasoning oil. The soup base creates a clear broth with a rich, savoury flavour. It’s fragrant with garlic, spices and green onion.

The rice noodles have a satisfying, slightly chewy texture. You can add cooked chicken, thinly sliced vegetables and fresh herbs. Spice up your noodle soup with chilli oil or sriracha.

Preparation: Put the noodles, soup base and seasoning oil into a bowl. Add 500ml of boiling water, cover the bowl and steep for 3 minutes. Mix well and serve.
