About La Perla di Torino

Company founder Sergio Arzilli grew up in his family’s pastry business. But when he discovered he was coeliac, he decided to turn this limitation into an opportunity. He studied the art of chocolate making, and in 1992, founded La Perla di Torino. Ingredients: Peanuts (30%), milk powder, sugar, cocoa butter, crunchy crumbs (rice flour, sugar, corn starch, corn flour, vegetable oils (sunflower and coconut in variable proportions), vegetable fiber (bamboo), soy flour, emulsifier: soy and sunflower lecithin, salt, caramelized sugar, cocoa powder, natural flavour), milk sugar, cervia-salt (0,9%), emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavour.
