Allday Goods Maldon Forged Santoku Knife, 16cm

Description

Santoku knives are versatile all-rounders, perfect for everyday meal prep. This one is hand-forged from high carbon British steel.

Santoku knives are the Japanese version of a Western chef’s knife. Strong and balanced, it’s great for slicing, dicing and mincing.

The ultra-sharp blade makes light work of tough vegetables. Use it to slice cabbages and chop squash and celeriac. It holds its edge well, even after regular use.

The handle is made from waste plastic from Maldon sea salt containers. The octagonal shape and mint green colour make it a beautiful addition to your table. No two handles are the same, so each knife has its own unique pattern.

Each knife is handmade in Somerset.
