Algues dehydrated wakame flakes are an iron-rich garnish for soups, salads and rice bowls. The dark green flakes boast a pungent seaweed taste – you only need a few flakes for a big flavour impact. Sprinkle the dehydrated wakame flakes over poached fish and grilled seafood or stir through bowls of miso soup. You can also use the flakes as a replacement for parsley in creamy sauces.
