Tuna Poke Bowl Recipe

Poke is a traditional raw fish and rice dish from Hawaii, that has been adopted all over the world. This version uses fresh tuna, which has been marinated in soy, sriracha and ginger. 

This recipe was originally written by our friends at Flying Goose Sriracha.



  1. Combine the spring onion, soy sauce, sesame oil, Sriracha and ginger for the marinade. Slice the tuna into 2cm cubes and toss in the marinade.
  2. In another bowl, arrange the sushi rice, cucumber, radishes and avocado.
  3. Add the tuna to your bowl and top with chives and sesame seeds.
