Spiced Vegan Hot Chocolate Recipe

An indulgent hot chocolate with a warm chilli spice that is fully vegan. Made with the highest-quality 68% Nyangbo chocolate and spiced with Timut berry pepper for a rich drink with a fiery edge, this festive drink is perfect topped with whipped cream on a fire-side evening.

Method for Vegan hot chocolate

  1. Heat the almond drink and, off the heat, infuse the Timut peppercorns in it for 10 to 15 minutes.
  2. Filter out the peppercorns and heat the mixture again.
  3. Put the hot drink and Nyangbo Ground Chocolate in a blender.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy immediately.
