Perello Pickled Onions, 190g


Perello’s pickled onions are a crisp and tangy addition to sandwiches and grazing platters. Also known as cebollitas, the little white onions are a perfect match for cheese and charcuterie. Their sweetness and acidity will cut through the richness of cured meats and stand up to bold flavours like mature Cheddar.

Serve these lightly pickled onions as part of a Ploughman’s lunch with rustic bread, cheese and thickly cut ham. They’re also great in salads or sliced thinly in a grilled cheese sandwich.
