‘Cebo de Campo’ means that the Iberico pig is reared in farm fields – in this instance, in the Spanish region of Dehesa, on the south west Iberian peninsula. The pork shoulder is salted, rested, dried and matured for between 18 and 24 months to produce a ham with an intense flavour, slight sweetness and lingering finish.
This smart carving set comes with Iberico ham, carving board and knife. Serve slivers of the Iberico ham with manchego cheese, or add to pan con tomate in traditional Cataluna style.
