Manischewitz coarse Kosher salt is ideal for cooking, baking and brining. It is extracted from the azure waters of the Mediterranean Sea.

Kosher salt is prized for its fine crystals (somewhere between table salt and Maldon salt in texture) and its delicate flavour. The coarse grains work well in pinch pots and grinders.

Sprinkle Kosher salt over grilled fish, padron peppers and sirloin steaks. It’s great for curing and brining, too. Try adding herbs, citrus peel or chilli flakes to make a bespoke finishing salt.

This salt is completely natural, produced without iodine or additives. You will find it in restaurant kitchens around the world.
