These organic sablés are buttery shortbread biscuits flavoured with Parmesan. The Italian cheese gives them a rich, savoury flavour, while chia seeds add crunch and a subtle nuttiness. They are a great addition to cheese boards and grazing platters or simply for snacking with an aperitif. The crumbly biscuits pair well with savoury spreads and creamy cheeses like Camembert and Taleggio.

Maison Bremond’s shortbread biscuits are made in a family-run biscuit factory in Haute-Provence. They are 100% organic with a ‘Bio Cohérence’ label that indicates the producer’s commitment to locally sourced ingredients and traditional farming methods. The biscuits are made with wheat flour from a short local supply chain, less than 60 km from the factory.
