Description

This caramel velvet spray brings a flawless velvety golden caramel powder-effect coating to desserts, yule logs, ice-creams, and cakes. Use the caramel velvet spray can instead of a chocolate spray gun to create a fine mist finish on any patisserie. The caramel velvet finish not only looks spectacular, but also creates a very fine outer layer to help keep patisserie moist. 

Immerse the can in warm water for 30 minutes before use; and place the dessert into the freezer at least 20 minutes before spraying. 

Ingredients: Sugar, hydrogenated vegetable fat, cocoa powder, lecithin (emulsifier), E129. Propellant gas: butane
