Capers & Pickles Seaweed Tapenade, 90g


This caper, pickles and seaweed tapenade brings briny flavours to the forefront of your fish dishes. Three varieties of seaweed – green laver, dulse and sea beans – blend with olive oil, capers, pickles and walnut oil to create a ready-made, flavour-packed paste. 

You can use this salty tapenade as a sauce or spread. Toss through salmon linguine for a speedy supper, or eat on toast. This seafood tartare also makes a wonderful condiment for pan-fried white fish or poached salmon. Alternatively, use it to make an elevated version of the 1970s classic, prawn cocktail. 

Ingredients: Three mixed seaweed (Europe) 32% (green laver (Ulva sp. ), Dulse (Palmaria palmata ), sea beans (Himanthalia Elongata )); olive oil, capers in vinegar (Maroco) 15,3% ; pickles 15,3% (pickles (Europe) 64%, water, spirit vinegar, salt); shallots, onions, walnut oil, garlic. Blue traces may appear on the product because of the natural presence of pearl shells.
