The Anova Sous Vide pan lid is made from silicone and forms a tight seal over your pan, as you heat the water using any Anova sous vide cooker. Using this lid keeps the water at a more consistent temperature and reduces heat loss – increasing efficiency and precision.
The lid shortens pre-heating time by 15%, and improves heat retention by up to 70%. The lid measures 29cm across, and is dishwasher safe.
It is designed to fit the Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker Pro and Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker Nano exactly. The Anova Precision Cooker Pro connects to your phone via bluetooth, so you can cook amazing meals by the touch of a button – spend less time tied to the kitchen by relying on the app to notify you when your food is ready to eat.
