The Anova Precision® Cooker Pro is a professional-grade, sous vide immersion circulator.

Designed for the professional chef, the Anova Precision® Cooker Pro can run continuously for up to 10,000 hours and is constructed from Teflon coated aluminium and stainless steel for maximum durability.

The temperature probe is accurate to +/- 0.05 ̊ C in water bath sizes up to 100 litres, with a powerful circulation pump to give you supreme confidence that you’ll get brilliant results, every single time.

The Anova App allows you to control and monitor your cooking on-the-go. Simply connect the device to your phone, and whenever you have internet connection you’re able to start, stop or check on what is cooking.
