Thin Shrimp Egg Noodles, 454g

Description

Serve thin shrimp egg noodles with sliced vegetables and a splash of soy sauce. They cook in minutes so they’re perfect for days when you don’t have time to cook.

The shrimp-flavoured noodles are a great base for seafood dishes. Try adding wok-fried prawns, squid or clams.

Cook the noodles in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Stir often to prevent them sticking together, then drain and serve.

Once cooked, add the noodles to stir fries, soups and noodle salads. Toss them with bean sprouts and spring onions or top with a fried egg for a quick lunch.
